Common Technical Issues:
When I click on the listen link nothing happens.
This can happen if your browser has JavaScript disabled. Please turn on JavaScript or upgrade your browser to a version that supports JavaScript. Instructions on how to enable JavaScript.
The audio quality is muffled or no audio is playing
Check your audio
settings to make sure your volume is turned up. If the audio sounds muffled, try turning down your "master volume" or the volume of the player you are using to listen to the stream. If the audio quality still sounds poor, please call 1-205-975-9259 and let our staff know about it (or you can submit feedback using this form).
The stream won't buffer 100% or won't play
If you launch your media player and the stream won't buffer and start playing your Internet connection may be too slow. Our stream is encoded at 64 kbps, so dial-up connections will not be able to listen to our station. If there is enough demand, we may create a dial-up stream in the future.
